Mr. Chang has over 12 years of cost segregation experience in providing tax and cash flow management assistance for building owners and accounting firms clientele throughout the United States, as well as 8 years of Construction Management Experience. He is accredited by Licensed General Contractor in California, American Society of Appraiser Member and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International. Mr. Chang holds Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from California State Polytechnic, and a Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Institute.

Sr. Construction Cost Consultant: Arthur G. Reichenbach
Mr. Reichenbach was employed with the national appraisal firm of Marshall and Stevens, inc. from 1972 until 2006. Prior to that time he was a partner in the firm of Western Appraisal Co. of Medford, Oregon. He was also associated with various architectural and engineering firms in Southern California. Mr. Reichenbach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has completed additional studies in engineering and construction cost management at UCLA as well as real estate appraising and computer technology.
